When should I start with Mindfulness for Kids?

Even very young children ages three to four can benefit from mindfulness practices as long as these are exercises that are age and developmentally appropriate. 

Such mindfulness exercises can last anywhere from 1-5 minutes, or longer if they include a creative project.

Mindfulness exercises for older children, for example children ages 5-12, can last anywhere between 15-45 minutes, or even up to one hour. 

You know your child best! Go by what is age or developmentally appropriate.
